Scammers. Shoes never arrived. They provide fake tracking number. And never reply me emails.

No item and out of pocket no response

It’s based in Germany so they don’t always get your address right even though I use PayPal this meant that DPD couldn’t deliver for some reason and they took the item back and charge me postage on the way back. No item and out of pocket. No response from them either.

HORRIBLE. Don't trust their local domain

HORRIBLE They use a .co.uk domain (amongst others), but this makes things very difficult in getting customer service from Germany when I am in the UK, which is atrocious anyway. Needed a minor change to an order, which I emailed about the same evening as the order was made. It took 4 days for a reply saying they could not make the minor change. When asking to cancel, have not provided cancellation confirmation nor refund yet.

Shocking service

Shocking. Ordered a strung racket for son’s birthday. Heard nothing. When I chased I was told they could give no indication as to when the racket would be strung or dispatched. So disappointed. Awaiting full refund currently.

I had a terrible experience

I had a terrible experience. I placed a paid order last year, but 10 months later, they contacted me asking for payment again, citing a system issue and stating they had refunded the order. Honestly speaking I even not sure if I buy the racket from Tennis-point or somewhere else. They then pursued me for the return payment, which is absurd. I tried to understand the situation and assist with the investigation, but no one provided the full story or necessary details. I only received random responses that didn't answer my questions and continued to demand payment. I even think it might be a fraud email but email seems to be sent from the company and it’s such a mess

Don't order from tennis point

Ordered a box of tennis balls a month ago. Dpd saying it's waiting to receive my item still. No update from tennis point. Contacted customer service by email. No reply beyond autogenerated response. Trying to ring them during their limited hours and getting a recording saying it's outside their hours. Have they gone out of business? Do I need to report this to my cc as fraud?

Missing Tennis Shoes

Order 3 pairs of tennis shoes a month ago, they delivered 2 pairs in a box only big enough for 2 pairs, but the packing slip said 3 pairs. Still not resolved. No proactive follow up from their side, if I don't chase them ever other day I will never hear from them. Happy with the shoes delivered, but want the other pair. The customer service is very poor. Centralised number available for a few hours, becomes Running Point after 4pm. If I don't hear by Friday 21st June, I will contact my credit card company with a wrongful transaction case.

Get a better courier company and radically improve communication

DPD delivered my Tennis Point parcel to the wrong address yesterday, admitted to being at fault and claimed the parcel would be collected and delivered correctly. No parcel and absolutely no response from Tennis Point about the issue.
