In complete order was delivered to me. When i informed them they said we dont have time to entertain you and we will get back to you because we are busy. Now its been 6days. They never responded back. Zero customer service.

This company is appalling, do not trust any good reviews. These cannot be genuine. I will be specific so that my review is considered genuine for anyone considering ordering from Tennis Point. Trust me when I say please avoid. I ordered two Items, a pair of Nike Challenge Pro Trainers and a Nike tee over 10 days ago. On the day of ordering, DPD sent me an email to say that have received my order details and there has been no update since then. Following this I contacted DPD who said they have not received a package from Tennis Point yet, 5 business days past delivery date. I have emailed Tennis Point (no responses apart from automated response) and now called, only to be told "the package has been prepared but not collected by DPD" failing to provide a reason as to why? I have no idea if my package is going to arrive or not and it has been nearly 2 weeks. Please do not leave yourself in my position by ordering expensive goods from Tennis Point. Order elsewhere.

Orderd Nike GP Challange tennis shoes adverstised on their site as white but when delivered they were grey and the nike box says they are grey, now they are saying they sent me the right shoes and are refusing to give me a full refund even though they have clearly miss advertised them. very very poor.

I made a purchase of 7 items, only 4 were delivered. Since then i been contacting support with not much help, filled a form for refund, but reply were extremely slow, calls line were no good. Still having got my refund! Shocking company. Placed my order on the 3rd Sept 2024

Easy to deal with good prices, excellent shop

The customer service was very poor i called them at 10:30am no one answered and the answering machine said they work till 11am. Email response time is more than 72hrs Website tracking is poor as there is no tracking from Germany to the UK port so makes the customers wonder did they even dispatch. Product was poorly packaged, Racket had minor scratch. Only thing decent was the price. Rest all is zero !

They stole my shoes! Have been waiting for my shoes for 9 months! Sent them to be inspected for a refund, as they were Nike shoes I believed them to be within the Nike general warranty, even through the tennis point warranty had passed. My shoes arrived in Germany, were inspected and denied a refund. Which seems like they were always going to be. After this i asked for my shoes back and have been blatantly ignored. 9 months and counting.
