Good product slow service
I ordered a Babolat racket with the stringing service and afterwards i read the reviews which made me panic however, I did end up recieving my order and i am happy with the product. My only criticism is that the process is slow and it did take longer than expected (18 days). I did enquire to customer service via email and i did get a response after a couple of days to explain the delays, overall i am satisfied. I do not have experience with returns

I ordered 3 rackets 17 days ago. After a week, I wrote to them asking where my rackets were, and they said it would take longer due to them needing to be strung. 5 days after that, I received an email that they could only provide 1 racket instead of 3. I have no use of a single racket, as a broken string during a match would then leave me with no other racket to use. I replied immediately, stating this, and asking for a full refund. That was 5 days ago. This morning, I received an email with a receipt, noting my racket would ship soon... I have no use for this racket, and no one has replied to me about my refund. I will now have to try to go through my credit card company to get a refund. Completely useless company, awful communication, awful service.

Customer service and values are terrible. I purchased a Babolat pure tennis racket and paid a premium for customised stringing service and strings. The strings snapped on the first use. When I returned the racket Tennis Point only initially refunded the strings. For 3 months I had to wait and chase them to refund the racket which was a significant amount. I have had to send 6 emails and make 4 calls and they have refused to refund the cost of the stringing and given the experience I have had, the delays and time I've wasted chasing them would not even offer me a small credit voucher by way of apology and goodwill.

Terrible Customer Service
Placed my order a couple of weeks ago. Racquet yet to turn up. Updates on progress are unclear and infrequent. If customer service were half as passionate about providing a good customer service, as they are in arguing with me, things may be better. Tried to cancel my order because of awful customer service, but wasn't able to do that. Still, I guess I can take my anger out on some tennis balls, if and when my racquet ever turns up.
Quick and diligent service, despite reviews.
I ordered the Wilson blade on Saturday and had it by Thursday, with absolutely no problems. I made the mistake of checking the reviews after the purchase, which unsettled me, but I was sent a quality product and all I experienced was a great service, with tracking emails sent to me so I knew exactly what stage the process was at. I would highly recommend tennis point.

Tennis-Point emailed me with a delivery promise of my parcel on24th July by DPD. No delivery has occurred and DPD have advised me they have not received the Parcel. Tennis-Point are not replying to my half a dozen emails. A check should me made to see if this is a Scam Company. Be very aware before you order something from this suspect Company.
Avoid This Company - Terrible Service and Broken Promises
I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by the service I have received from this company. After ordering an item based on their size guide, which turned out to be inaccurate, I had to go through the inconvenience of returning it. The delivery address was not detailed in full, leading to further issues. I paid for delivery but had to pick up the item from the post office, which was an added inconvenience. When I spoke to Hannah on the phone, she assured me that I would receive a full refund. However, my refund was processed with a deduction for the return shipping costs, which is completely unacceptable. I was explicitly told that I should not have to pay for the return since the size guide provided was incorrect. Despite this, they deducted £3.99 from my refund. The entire process has been a nightmare. The service provided does not deserve any merit. I was promised one thing over a recorded phone call and then received a different outcome. The poor communication, the inaccurate size guide, the inconvenience of picking up the item, and the incomplete refund have all left me extremely dissatisfied. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to think twice. The level of service is abysmal, and they do not honor their commitments. I will be taking further steps to ensure my experience is heard and will be contacting the relevant governing bodies as well as sharing this experience with potential customers. Ordered a pair of Tennis Shoes which despite saying they were UK 9 were way smaller ! Sent them back same day ... 2 Weeks on still waiting for refund... Hopeless/non existent communication. First and last time I will use them... Typical rogue Web company... Take your money and won't give it back !! Avoid....

Made an order got reply your order is on its way, give delivery details. Quick as a flash nothing, got a message about my payment being successful but no delivery no ability to track the parcel I put it down to internet shopping and being scammed by tennis point. Tried contacting them twice standard auto reply about being busy just now so no response surprise surprise.
