We went on a mystery tour, half the mystery was the 2 hours picking people up from the other 5 pick up points. We were the first to be picked up and spent way too long going to different places just filling the bus up and was the the same on the way back as we were last to be dropped off. Was not impressed with the hotel. The evening meal was terrible, was just a concoction of allsorts thrown together. Cardboard fish and some sort of beef stew that was inedible. Had to change our room as the first room had some sort of overpowering cleaning product that they had used and caught your breath. On the Saturday we visited Liverpool city centre which was great but then the next day we visited Manchester which was basically just more of the same as the day before. We usually go with Caledonian but we left it too late to book a place so we had to go on this one, won't be going with them again.

First time enquiring on the phone.T he lady who I was put on was able to answer all my queries very professionally. When She told me of the Torquay break and that it had an indoor pool ,I was hooked and I booked and paid. MY THANKS TO HER,I think her name lS/WAS IZZY?

Trip was really good but be warned if on a mystery trip if done it once. And decide to do one again later it does the same route again. Disappointed with that.

Great journey, great drivers, enough comfort breaks. Hotel was fabulous. Excellent trip to see Newcastle Utd win the Carabao cup!

I thought the journey to London was excellent. I do think however that the amount of time in London itself could have been a lot less before taking us to our accommodation. This would have permitted many of the passengers, all of whom had travelled to watch Newcastle play in the Cup Final, to travel to Covent Garden on the Saturday evening and soak up the experience of being with thousands of other Newcastle fans. The following day it was described as ‘travelling to Wembley after a leisurely breakfast only to be told by the driver that he would not be setting off until 1-1:15pm. To myself and most others on the bus this is after lunch and many of us had bought tickets to events outside of Wembley before kick off. Many complained to the driver who said it wasn’t his fault there should have been 2 drivers due to the laws surrounding drivers hours and rest periods! Where was the other driver? Many people put their luggage on the bus and made their own way to Wembley on the Sunday morning/lunch time. On the way home the driver woke many people up to announce he was refuelling for 10 minutes if people wanted to stretch their legs only to stop again for 45 minutes not long after. All in all it was a good trip and the accommodation was excellent, but not enough consideration was given to the passengers requirements. I think a more detailed itinerary needs to be provided from the start when advertising a trip such as this.

We booked 2 rooms for the Wembley trip on arrival only had 1 small double room between us (2 Adults). £398 for 1 room and coach when the nightly rate for the hotel is £90 so not happy and won't use you again.
