Computer was difficult but phoned the booking in was super easy the staff was brilliant that talk me through every stage

it was just a couple of minutes to book the trip the lady was very helpful & polite we have had some not nice hotels that as needed a lot of TLC to bring them back to good standards

The lady was lovely who booked us in. She was working from home which is good for her. Only had to wait on the phone about 10mins to answer. It was very straight forward and quick and simple and that's saying something for me lol. Paid in full that process was quick. Can wait to have our little weekend away looking forward to it.

Our New Year’s Eve celebration was entertaining. Problems with the coach provided for late arrival at the hotel which gave us eight minutes to get changed for the theatre show somehow we made it nice hotel decent food and surroundings. All trips were of a good standard. The New Year’s Eve gala dinner was well organised there were several parties crammed into one room which left very little space to move around. The dinner itself was okay drinks very expensive but on the whole It was fine ,return trip as expected was long but comfortable.

It was so easy to book the holiday we wanted. The assistant was very nice and helpful. No problems at all.
