Getting through on the phone was fine ,operator was pleasant ,answered all my questions ,paper work and receipt for payment sent to my email as soon as I came off the phone

Bus drivers excellent - helpful informative pleasant knowledgeable. I was unhappy about the Length of journey too & from destination. I was not made aware at original booking time of the approximate time it may take from leaving pick up point to actually hotel arrival.

As a disabled traveller whose wife finds it difficult to push up and down Dale,it was a change to be able to book my mobilty scooter on the coach.I had to do this as a phone booking though instead of an easier online experience ,however it didn't take that long and I had no problems.The booking agent was both efficient and friendly which also makes a difference.

Booked a holiday for my grandparents on 20th December for end of January however my grandad had to go for heart operation I had sent an email 3 days after booking it asking for a refund but was refused because the holiday was within 6 weeks which is an absolute joke there is no way 3 days after booking it when the holiday was 5 weeks away that they would of even arranged any of the travel or anything. Avoid at all costs absolutely shocking

It all went wrong when we arrived at the hotel. We had less than half an hour to retrieve our luggage from the coach and check in. We had no time to get changed and ready and have something to eat before getting back on the coach to go to the venue. We arrived back at the hotel starving at 23:00 when we ate sandwiches we had packed for the journey. The gala meal on new years eve was a total disgrace. It took ages to be served. The chicken breast was tough as old boots. Everyone was moaning about it. The day we travelled to London had too much crammed into it and information was non existent until we arrived at the hotel.
