The driver was excellent

The driver was excellent which really mad the trip. He was ourteous and patient with everyone and was able to adapt the schedule to suit every ones needs.

We booked last year and the hotel food…

We booked last year and the hotel food was good so booked again this twixmas. The food was disappointing. We won’t be booking for next twixmas

Three stars are for the coach driver…

Three stars are for the coach driver only ! He was great, however the hotel gets no stars absolutely awful!! Hotel was dirty, our ground floor room looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned for months. As for the food , prisoners get better quality food. Breakfast was ok but evening meal was dry processed food that was not even warm, staff at the hotel seemed as if they really didn’t want to be there,bar staff were rude, & everything an effort, customer was accosted in a lift by someone not even staying at hotel, this was information from another party member. I certainly would not do another trip without knowing where I was staying. We were told 3 weeks beforehand, & reviews were mixed on trust pilot. Never again!!! The coach driver was the only part that I could score, he would have got more but he changed the leaving time on the Monday lots of people not thrilled at getting up at 7am to have breakfast & leave before 8.30. I know these are not expensive trips , we did another to Bournemouth 2 yrs ago we had the option to up grade which we did & had a lovely new year at the Royal Bath.

We broke down and it took more than 3…

We broke down and it took more than 3 hours to get us going again this was on the way to Bournemouth on the 27th when we did arrive at the Hotel at 9.55am there was no hot food available.

The holiday was exactly as described

The holiday was exactly as described, the only thing we found a bit boring was the pick up and drop off in Keighley having to go in and out the same way to continue the journey

Shocking!!

Booked my mother & father a trip to Bournemouth & the New Forest Twixmas Special - Departing on Friday 27 December 2024. Their coach broke down on the way so lost a full day which meant they never got to go to Bournemouth and all we got as way of compensation was a pathetic email. Customer service is shocking. I have booked May of these breaks over the last 12month. But the service we have received this time has really put us off booking again.

Nice Break , Awful Accommodation

Good destinations, great driver , adequate food , good drinks package . Hotel location awful , rooms very tired and extremely neglected . Would not use this hotel again ( Britannia, Coventry)
