The coach was comfortable, on time and the driver knowledgeable and friendly. Couldn't fault the pick ups and drop offa and the trips out were well planned and executed. Although perhaps the new years day one was a bit pointless as nothing but pubs open

The driver was great, coach comfortable and good days out spoilt by the weather. The only downside was having to leave the main hotel to walk to the annex for meals and entertainment. Not fun in the wind and rain.

We felt the holiday was a bit disorganised and there was a lack of information about timings and what was happening on each day. The journey took over 8 hours from Bradford to London with only one stop after 5 hours then we had less than 15 minutes to go to our room and change for the Abba Voyage show. We were then dropped off 1.5 hours early there with not a great deal to do. Similarly on the Windsor day, we had just over 3 hours in Windsor and were taken back to the hotel around 2 and then had over 5 hours before the start of the dinner dance. The programme wasn't well organised. We are unlikely to go on one of these trips again due to the long journeys and lack of organisation.

Far too many pick ups on the coach and an 8 hour journey from the Midlands to Scarborough far too much. A shame because the rest of the holiday was pleasant but there are far too many other coach companies who can offer the same holidays with more sensible pick ups.

Organised very badly, driver was 1 hour late setting off on a freezing cold December morning. Then on the way back the driver ran out of hours even though we hardly hit traffic. Had a stop a 3pm then when the driver ran out of hours at a bus station we had to wait ages for a driver to take over. No food available and 1 disabled toilet for everyone on the bus to use at the bus station. The toilet on the bus was blocked at this point. We had to wait until 10pm when we got home to eat. Driver was lovely though. We would have liked an evening meal at hotel rather than street food in Bath.
