The driver was great, hotel was nice and clean, Abba was fantastic however there were a few things which could have made the experience better. There was very little time to get changed or have something to eat before leaving for the theatre/Abba experience, the hotel bar closed at 11 pm not allowing any of the returning 5 coaches a night cap. The gala dinner was a little underwhelming with the chicken being very dry and the sticky toffee pudding being cold and in some cases inedible due to being overcooked. However this didn't stop us enjoying ourselves

Disappointed by very poor organization.No rep at the hotel and any information for guests left to handwritten notices by coach drivers on board in reception. Hotel room fine but the food for the gala dinner was mediocre at best.

Good experience would have given 5stars if were not charged for paper documents.

Booking is easy online. Also available friendly, approachable telephonic conversation which helps elderly people.

Tried booking on line but unable to complete booking. Thrown off in middle of attempt. Used the telephone booking number and received 5 star treatment there

Lovely Weekend

It was my first coach trip across the UK, and it was very lovely and enjoyable! Most of all because of our driver Bill. He was brilliant in every way! So friendly, patient with everyone - everyone could feel his care and we all were feeling safe and looked after through our travels and excursions, all the time. It makes a huge difference who you are with, meaning personality of a driver or tour manager - Bill actually was both, a driver and a manager, in their best versions! Thanks a lot, again!
