Everything was wrong 23.5 hrs traveling is not a nice break

We had a really fun holiday! We aren't rich, and were impressed with how much was included in the price. Although it was a short break, we got a decent amount of time in each place, including time at a duty free shop and Belgian chocolate wholesaler. Tickets for an underground market in Valkenburg were sorted out for us, and our driver was really good at explaining where we needed to go and what time we needed to meet at. We'd definitely go again!

We went on a trip to Bruges Christmas markets. We had a great time, lovely accommodation nothing too much trouble for our hard working young driver Reece. He is a credit to your team. We look forward to travelling with you again.

London break,picked up on time,nice hotel and ABBA VOYAGE were the only good things on this london break.We arrived at the hotel around 4 pm to be told our coach leaves at 4.15pm for our show,15 mins to get to your room,get a shower and change to be back on the coach is absolutely ridiculous plus hotel was 90 mins away from our show so 3 hours of travelling on top of many hours from our pick up point.Our driver Pete on coach 6 was not professional when driving,he had a woman companion,wife/ partner next to him who was distracting him by showing him the game she was playing on her tablet,passing him food and drink,his eyes off the road whilst interacting with her,this is very unprofessional and dangerous as the coach would glide over when he wasn’t concentrating on his job,we felt unsafe when this was happening.we will not be booking anymore trips with national holidays EVER again,just happy we are home and safe,I will be sharing this bad experience with my friends and family also

3rd time iv booked, and will be using again, we had a wonderful time, no hassle, stress free little get away

Our driver was appalling

After 6 hours on coach picking up from half of Yorkshire we arrived at our destination to have only 4 hours in which to look round market's etc & find somewhere to have something to eat. Onto our overnight stay at a hotel in Wales over an hour away. Our night disrupted by drunken revellers from the hotel's party night trying to get in our room. Breakfast next morning was the one good thing to come out of trip. Another hour long trip to next destination, arriving an hour before anywhere actually opened! Again only a short time to browse before mammoth drive back. A tense argument between our driver & one of customers left us feeling uncomfortable & glad to get off! Not the trip hoped would be so won't be booking for next year

Just felt it was a long day picking people from various places, then when finally got to Bath you had about three and a half hours then over hour trip to hotel. My room appeared to me to be damp but I was told it was just the cement walls. After speaking to someone about this and showing them pictures they said it could have just been cement but should never have been used for guest until at least papered it was horrible. The visit to Bristol was just a laugh, thought we would have been taken to somewhere with nice quaint Xmas market and maybe nice village. This was my first time travelling on my own as recently lost my husband. This has put me of it all at moment

We went on the polar express and York weekend. The weekend overall was value for money. The down side was the 5 hour journey to York due to lots of pick ups. We left Leicester at 6.45 am and arrived in York at 12 noon, it to long for children.

Trip was well planned and managed. I felt I had all of the key information that I needed and that the driver went out of his way to keep us updated and safe. We had lots of time in London and in the Harry Potter studio - more than enough time. I would definitely choose National Holidays again for another trip.
