Absolute shambles. Complete waste of money and their customer service are useless. Contacted National holiday customer service as suggested on 17/12/24. Still no response.

The hotel was lovely, rooms basic but adequate for what we needed and good for the price. The food was good value for money and the staff were great! Chatsworth house was amazing the only downside was we felt we were there too long, 6 hours! We could have easily had a visit to another area such as bakewell which is not far away, we heard other passengers also saying it was too long. The coach driver was friendly and helpful.

The coach and drivers were great and very cheerful and friendly and the IBIS hotel was good with a nice selection for breakfast but the Christmas markets were promised were either none existent or consisted of mainly food and drink stalls many of whom were selling the same thing. Very disappointing and no Christmas presents obtained as planned.

Various detours and problems took 5 hours to get home from Manchester via Hull, Leeds, Doncaster etc. not impressed got home at 8pm left Manchester at 3pm

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Easy to use website and really liked that the company provided an itinerary (as not all companies do)! Was great to know in advance what we were doing and on what day! The coach was spotless and our driver Dean was a superstar! So friendly, welcoming and helpful to ALL passengers. The hotel we stayed in was clean and warm and the food was of great quality! Our journey aboard The Polar Express was magical and enjoyed by all. Unfortunately York Christmas Market was closed due to the weather but we still managed to make the most of our day and overall the trip was great value for money. Thank you National Holidays! We will definitely be booking again and would recommend to anyone! 🌟🌟🌟
