Not very good value for money, £129 per person for a coach trip to Leeds and York and bed and breakfast at Hotel.

Overall a good value trip. Well organised and kept well informed. The ABBA voyage experience was fantastic. Enjoyed the free time in London. Good selection of food at breakfast. Only downside was the hotel was very tired and a bit grubby.

Great value break on a modern clean bus with a friendly and knowledgeable driver.

Far to much time was spent on the coach. The coach time over shadowed the show. The hotel was average.

Some friends were talking about a coach holiday with Just Go. They asked me if I would like to join them. After thinking about it, I found the phone number and called the reservation team. They were extremely helpful and using only limited information, found the coach and hotel they were using, checked that the hotel had a room available and confirmed the booking. This was all completed and paid for within an afternoon. Well done to the reservations team with only a destination, names and dates to work with. Hence 5stars

Tony, our tour leader was amazing! He had such a good sense of humour and made every journey interesting. He gave us all the information we needed to make it a hassle free trip and always made sure everyone was having a great time.

Get all the information before booking as not all information given once booked. Good trip but very busy. Too long in some of the places.

The destination were good. Bath market was excellent and Highclere was good but the 6 and half hours of time spent enjoying these things against 18 hour spent on the coach was unacceptable. An hour late at pick up and only at 15 minute break on the 10 hour trip back. The drive ran out of time and an hour wait for the next driver. We will not be booking with you again.

Drivers didn't introduce themselves, no saftey talk, locked toilet door so nobody could use it, never explain where we were going just dropped us off and told you have 3 hours here don't be late back or you will be left behind. A lady took ill in France drivers didn't not help them and she ended up in an ambulance to hospital. We never knew where we was going to from one day to the next.

The trip was good value. The wonderful coach driver made the trip special. He never rushed us or complained if people were late back. The hotel was comfy and breakfast was nice. Plenty of breaks on the long journeys. Would have liked longer at the town with the cave markets as it was not long enough. No time to eat if we wanted to see the markets. No need to rush back to hotel as very limited options to eat or amuse ourselves around the hotel area. Nice to get a meal on the ferry for free which was a surprise. My only complaint is the booking process! It showed a seating plan which was not accurate at all so we ended up being seated far apart on the coach, but luckily our driver arranged for us to sit together as there were a couple of free spaces on the coach. The seating plans need to be accurate!!!!!!
