One-week delivery for a one-day order

One-day delivery of my order took a week to arrive. I had no shipment tracking number, although I requested it after placing an order for a cell phone. Customer service didn't answer my requests for delivery clarification, and I had to make daily trips to the post office to check my P.O. Box. I missed doctor's appointment and other telephone meetings, as my old telephone was broken and my order did not arrive. I asked for compensation of my car mileage expenses for daily roundtrips to my post office but no one ever replied to my request. I asked what kind of Customer Satisfaction program CPR Blocker company has to compensate my troubles but no one ever replied for my ticket. Terrible customer service and unreliable company.

I am so glad I bought this item. I have so many fewer bogus phone calls. I would recommend the V10000 for everyone!

I have had this device hooked up for several days and the calls continue !

I have had this device hooked up for several days and have blocked many 800 numbers but more keep coming every day ! I push the button to block the calls and have many . But, they continue to pour in . I don’t know what to say unless I am doing something wrong . I truly wish this product worked but it seems like I just have a piece of plastic hooked to my phone . Tim

Even though the phone seemed okay the…

Even though the phone seemed okay the customer service reps didn't seem to know anything about it. I had to return it because it wasn't compatible with my service provider even though I was told that it was. When I went to return it, I was given the run around until they finally sent me a return label (and that took 24 hours...).

I called to get confirmation that my phone was non-working properly It required three separate calls to get this sorted out As of yet I am still waiting for an RMA from you and it’s been almost a week Good service overall but you do make contacting service difficult

I did not know this phone would not work with Cricket in the USA. Can not get anyone to help me send it back for a refund.

Delivered in a timely manner. Nice looking product and easy to install. We are still receiving 8 to 10 predator/scam calls daily. Customer service number is impossible to get a human being to answer.
