Phone is a piece of junk. Cant get to your contacts, very difficult to put and add contacts to the phone. Cant scroll to see contacts. I had to buy a phone card to activate it before I could use it. If I'd known b4 that I would have returned it! I don't recommend this phone.

I am very happy with this product, it worked as advertised, relieving me of the annoyance of receiving all of those unwanted calls, I highly recommend, thank you for your service.
This thing is GREAT!
This thing is GREAT! We were getting between 15 and 25 Robo calls per day. Now, almost none - And I press 'Call Blocker' and it is gone. It's a little on the pricey side for us Social Security folks - but worth it. I recommend it highly.
My instruction manual did not show how…
My instruction manual did not show how to block calls by area code. Using the online chat service, the agent was able to quickly give me the correct input code. The only complaint that I have is a strange one, and the agent was perplexed too. During the online chat session, everything that I typed was either backwards or scrambled. The agent's interactions appeared normal though. Very odd.

Having problems with my Call Blocker V10000 and Robert Allen was all there for me to help solve the problem. He stayed with me all the time and offered different options until we got it though. He is a great Support Team Representative, very patient and thorough. Thank you Robert!

We were having several problems with call blocker, both in receiving calls and getting a dial tone when making outside calls. We called customer service and Robert was able to resolve all our issues very quickly and efficiently.
CB not working properly- chat agent hung up
CB did not work, except On a couple of occasions when I would disconnect and unplug all of the cords and then replug them in again then I will call from my mobile phone and the call blocker would light up a few days later or a day later when I received a call to the home number the call block does nothing that was 5-6 days ago. I decide to login and chat with an agent today and after many troubleshooting tests of me unplugging again and re-plugged in again the call blocker seems to work I don’t know for how long because it’s done this before when I call from my home number so I’m not really impressed with this new call blocker and the agent I was chatting with eventually disconnect it from me I waited a few minutes sent a few messages asking if the person was still there still received no answer so I disconnected the chat
SCAM!!!! BEWARE!!!!!
SCAM!!!!! BEWARE!!!!! I purchased the V5000 for our office. It did not work with our phone system and caused static in the phone lines. I worked with technical service 2x w/o fixing the problem. Upon returning the product, I was told I had set up an acct to get a return ticket. When I logged into my account it repeatedly said no account existed. I called and emailed back with no luck until I threatened to file complaint/write negative review. Finally, a rep called only to give me another run-around w/o resolution. Not worth my time. It's a write-off. And a RIP-OFF!!!
