I like the upgrades made for tracking Available & Used time for Vacation & Sick time. However, it takes a couple minutes for the calendar app to load once you sign into the app. Wish that was quicker. Otherwise, I like the app.

You pay for one year, but only get 6 months of calendars. Unacceptable

On my computer 99% of the time. Very easy to access on computer and keep track of absences.

Reporting The website is missing a reporting section that could list out each employee and the number of days they have used up to date. I find myself searching by name and printing each one individually. Is there a way to pull a report and if so please share.

HRdirect Smart Apps works well overall, there is a lot of room for improvement on several of the Apps. They really need to create a mobile phone app instead of having employees login to web browser. It would be nice to have a vacation and sick time accrual calculator for employees to know how much time they can use and request time off via mobile phone app. Also, would be nice to have an onboarding and benefits administrator app once employees are hired on.
