Very pleased with my vintage Omega Constellation repairs . It’s something. Of a heirloom as it was a 21 birthday present to me back in the early 1960’s. It now performs and looks like a new watch. My only concern was the time taken for the repairs but I understand that replacement parts had to be ordered from Omega in Switzerland, so the waiting was out of your control.

Extremely poor service. Got an initial quote to fix my watch for £492, 3 months later they wanted me to sign up to another £300. I opted to cancel the repair and requested a refund. Having been told it would take 2 weeks to process, 6 weeks have gone by, multiple emails back and forth and I still don't have the refund nor do I have my watch back. They refuse to give me any form dates and just tell me they are chasing. DO NOT use this company.

Initially not the best, took 6 months to repair 2 watches, but after chatting to Jamie, I’m pleased to say they have redeemed them selves. I give Jamie 5 stars.
