Always dealt with them, not so sure now.

Not totally impressed if I'm honest. Communication was VERY poor and I had to wait months and months until they eventually got back to me. Problems with part being ordered and not delivered. In the end, I gave up and got the watch returned then had a 28 day wait for the money to be returned A total of 18 calls and 31 E mails to 'achieve' this result. **Update** I've had explained what happened and I'm happy that we've at least got this explanation from them. I have been asked to higher the star rating if I can. I can't so I won't.

I received my Tag Heuer watch back from Luxury Watch Repair. I was very pleased with the service. I was kept informed of the progress of my watches servicing by email and was pleased with work and the warranty on the job. A nice job of the polishing it look like new.

I wish I’d read the reviews

I wish I’d read the reviews, but went on a recommendation without checking. My Tag Carrera has been with Luxury Watch Repairs for 14 weeks since payment, the maximum time I was told the watch would take to service, clean and polish. When I contacted them previously I did have a reply, which simply quoted the 12-14 weeks in the small print. I find it hard to believe that such a mainstream watch is hard to get parts for, not that I have been told any would be needed, excepting the bear minimum for re-sealing. I am now starting to worry I will ever get it back. Within my small collection the watch has small monetary value, but having be gifted by a close relative that has since passed, it is irreplaceable. Really not happy. Edit:- After writing the above review, Luxury Watch did indeed try calling me twice, which i couldn’t answer as I was at work. However they could’ve simply responded to me via email, putting things in writing. Also, I responded twice providing further information re my watch, therefore Luxury Watch Repairs have EVERYTHING they need to simply find my watch and let me know if I’ll ever see it again.

Peace of mind and good customer care

Sent my wife’s Omega for a new battery and clean. Took a long time, due to a shortage of seals, but was transported securely, which was super important, and arrived back looking good. As an apology for the delay, they are going to polish the watch at no extra cost, which is a lovely gesture and unexpected. Will definitely use again for my own watch in the future.

Apology made by company director and money refunded…

I made a mistake and paid £2478 to Luxury watch repairs Hatton Garden - the WRONG company. Naturally I contacted them as soon as I realised my error! It takes 14 working days for a refund to be made. Fair enough , companies have policies but it is now 21 working days and despite emails and frequent phone calls my money has no been repaid. I will happily add another review when my money is repaid. _10th December I have just had a phone call from the director of the company apologising profusely for the long delay in making the refund (money now in my bank account) .I appreciated that and the assistance of the Customer service manager who when aware of my problem actually made something happen. Phew
