Very pleased with battery replacement…

Very pleased with battery replacement for my watch and for returning it to me safely in the same condition l had sent it in. And what a lovely personal touch to follow up with a phone call from the managing director, Oliver to ensure l was happy with the work carried out. Also, great prompt customer service and delivery. Will not hesitate to use Luxury Watch Repairs again in the foreseeable future. Thank you so much.

I sent my Omega watch for repair in…

I sent my Omega watch for repair in March 2024. Eight months later I am still receiving emails saying it is in the process of being repaired, but nothing further. I have rung on several occasions, but either I've been fobbed off or promised a call back that has not happened. I suppose the next step is legal proceedings just to get by broken watch back, which seems completely over the top given I only asked them for a simple repair. I wish I'd read the reviews before I went to this company - avoid.

Brilliant service with Joshua and Charlie

I had a great experience with Joshua and Charlie today. I walked around the Arndale for an hour and no one would change my battery within the same day, they said it would take weeks. Even goldsmiths where i purchased the watch said it would take 6 weeks!!!!! They changed the battery within 10 mins and cleaned it for me. The price was very reasonable also. I had a lovely experience chatting with both and they were so lovely! Great employees and the store is lucky to have such friendly and approachable people working for them. They really explained why other shops would send it away and why they could just do it there also. They both deserve a pay rise !!!!!! They are brilliant and are going that extra Mille with customer service !!!!!!
