Omega Seamaster repairs.

The first of my two Omega watches has been returned to Charlie at Luxury Watch Repairs in Manchester. Both watches have been in for minor repairs, polishing, valuation and water testing. If the second watch is returned in the same condition as the first, I will be more than pleased. Excellent job. Many thanks to Charlie and the team.

Excellent company

I have used Luxury Watch Repairs on a number of occasions both in respect of repair to a watch and replacement of batteries. The work was carried out to a very high standard and I was kept informed of the progress. It was easy to send the watches and upon their return they looked like brand new. I highly recommend this company and intend to carry on using them in the future.

WATCH YOUR MONEY

Disgraceful customer service. Took over a year to complete the works that were estimated to be between 16/20 weeks. When we finally got the watch back it was missing a link which has since cost me more to replace. Then after 5 days of wear one of the newly replaced pins managed to fall out. After multiple phone calls they informed me that they would no longer speak to us on the phone and would only communicate via e-mail. Well what do you know they do not respond to mail. This is a complete and utter sham of a company. I would recommend that you give this bunch a wide berth and would not use them for a Timex. The missing link is a different issue and we will eventually get to bottom of it even if it takes legal intervention. Unfortunately your description of events lack a fair bit of honesty as we were not happy with the fact that the extra link was not added as you describe and the pin that has come out has no bearing on the third party as it has come out of from a totally different area of the strap. And for you to finally make contact only after this review shows even more reasons to avoid your company. It is interesting that now you have received a poor review you decide to make contact and claim to still wish to help when there was no contact for a long time. We are banned from talking to any of your staff and mail is not the way to deal with this type of issue.

Awful service from this company

Awful service from this company. Complete lack of communication during the repair and service process. Sent my watch on June 19th and am still waiting today on 14th November. Called numerous times and fobbed off with excuses time after time. Would highly recommend you use a company that cares about their customers as these people evidently don’t. Will be advising my fellow watch enthusiasts to have their pieces serviced elsewhere.

Battery Replacement for TAG Heuer Formula One

Easy process

Easy process - the service probably cost more than the watch was worth but for sentimental reasons it is important to me. Secure postage and good communication.
