I sent my watch to Luxury Watch Repairs for a paid battery replacement. Upon its return, I discovered the battery hadn’t been replaced despite my payment. To confirm, I took the watch to an authorised dealer, who verified that no service had been performed. When I requested a refund, the company refused, insisting I return the watch for reinspection. After this experience, I felt I couldn’t trust them with my watch again and declined. This entire process was a frustrating waste of time and money. I would not recommend trusting this company with valuable watches—AVOID. This LWR has since responded, but I am far from happy. I took my Breitling watch to an Authorised Dealer, who confirmed that the battery had not been replaced by LWR. Yes, they initially misdescribed my watch, ‘Colt Ocean Super’ versus ‘Colt Ocean’ on their receipt to me. They sent an email apologising for the error, which was sent to LWR by way of explanation. This does not negate the fact LWR did not change the battery and charged me for it!!!! What a way to treat customers...

At first (despite the reviews) it’s a bit of an anxiety trip when you’re asked to send a £5k Cartier watch via post to a repair place that you’ve never been to. However, having gone through the repair process and ended up with a perfect watch; I’d use them again without the same level of anxiety!

Just had a replacement battery and pressure test in my Tag, the quality of service was excellent, I was a walk in with no appointment and everything was done in 20mins at a very reasonable price. Really friendly guy behind the counter who even offered me a chocolate. It's the second time I've been and will definitely be returning
A disgrace
What an absolute disgrace this company is. Do not reply to emails, phone calls and charge an outragous amount for their extremly poor service. Was delaying posting this review to give them a chance to get back to me but they have failed. Steer well clear of this company.
LWR lost my watch
LWR lost my watch. Paid £600 for repair on a Tag watch which I've owned for nearly 30yrs They have offered me £400 or they will source me a like for like. They cannot replace something of such sentimental value I said I wasn't happy with the valuation STILL.WAITING for a reply

Almost five months wait for a simple repair and still no watch
My watch originally went in for a battery replacement early this year. That went fine except that they advised I needed new seals and a new pin on the strap. After calling them first to make sure they had the parts in stock, which they confirmed they did, I took it back in July for these two simple repairs. The should have taken a couple of hours at most, but it is now almost five months later and still no watch. Like for other reviewers every time I call them or email them I am told they are waiting for an update from the workshop, or they are waiting for more parts, and promise to get back to me which they never do. I will never use them again.
