Excellent cosmetic refurbishment completed on Tag Heuer Aquaracer that was badly marked and sratched, looks like a new piece now!

If I could leave no stars I would, fobbed off with multiple emails saying the watch was progressing nicely - when I called after 18 weeks I was told that it could take up to 20 weeks and that was in the fine print - I waited 21 weeks in total and called up and was informed that they were waiting for parts!!!! WTAF??? How can it take almost 6 months to get parts! Will NEVER be using this company again, an absolute BAD JOKE!! Avoid at all costs

Really effective communication and service for my precious to me Omega. Saved a normal 6 weeks waiting period with high street repairs, with a 4 day turnaround from postage. Very impressive!
