Great communication, great packaging and tracking. Service was excellent and a lot cheaper than sending my watch back to the manufacturer.

A little apprehensive….

I was a little apprehensive after reading some bad reviews but I needn’t have been. Good communication from start to finish and watch was returned promptly after having a new battery and bracelet link fitted.

Frustrating Refund & Complimentary Service

Sent my Breitling Emergency 1 for a battery replacement and service 07-Jul-24, received a quote and payment was made. Informed unable to carry out service as Breitling would need to do it. Watch was returned and the refund process started on 24-Jul-24. After numerous emails I am still waiting for the refund as at 04-Sep-24. Very disappointing and frustrating 09-Oct-24 Update……contacted head office London branch on numerous occasions, spoke with several staff members who promised they would chase up with their Accounts department. 10-Oct-24 Update……received an apologetic phone call from the Managing Director informing me the refund had been made and offered a free service of another watch. Reassured me he would investigate into the refund process oversight to prevent future shortfall’s. 29-Oct-24 Update…….following the offer of a complimentary service I am still waiting for the free postage pack so I can send my watch. Email sent to the Managing Director requesting an update, but no response. 05-Nov-24 Update……..Notified that Luxury Watches had received my TW Steel watch and was being processed at the main service centre.
