Left a poor review last week, to expand on that review, having had my watch for 6 months ( told 5 weeks ago parts had arrived from Tag Heuer), today I got a call saying they wanted to send my watch to Tag as the parts haven’t arrived !! After holding my watch for 6 months, no progress whatsoever despite promises and fortnightly generic emails saying ‘your watch continues to progress………’ I have asked for a full refund and a return of my watch, I will take it to a Tag Heuer branch In Leeds or Manchester for some professional service. Watch this space to see what happens. They took almost £600 off me in April for this repair. I have seen other reviews saying it took 7 months before their watch was repaired. I believe that when this company does service and return watches, they are returned looking and performing like new 🤷🏻‍♂️.

My poor Rolex had been through the wars…

My poor Rolex had been through the wars in the USA. On our return to our home in the UK I sent it to Luxury Watch Repairs for service. The quote was very reasonable and time quoted 15-18 weeks accepted. I am THRILLED to have my watch back all sparkly and in great condition. Thoroughly recommend this company!

My Omega Watch

I physically went to Hatton Garden with my watch. I then disvovered it was quicker and cheaper elsewhere than Luxury Watch Repair stated, so I asked them to send the watch back to me or preferably to Omega Regent St as it is them who also quoted. It is now 2nd October, and after about 8-10 requests for my watch to be returned to me, they have not. I am furious.

I have used the London branch on several occasions for valuations and jewelry insurance advice. I have found them to be very helpful and would use them again. In fact I am now looking at them to service my Rolex watch.
