A few months ago, Karl in the Canary Wharf branch provided a fantastic service replacing the batteries of three watches (one had to be sent to the main office due to it's glass battery casing) and fixing the strap of my beloved Storm watch from circa 1994. I returned yesterday (11/06/2024) to have a new strap fitted to a Gucci watch and, once again, Karl provided an outstanding service... Not to mention he's a lovely, friendly and knowledgeable chap. I highly recommend using this service.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! My watch had been back 4 times and it still doesn’t work and some how are telling me I’m the problem and I should be the one to contact the to sort when I left details for them to call me as I can’t get through. Nobody calls you back or replies to emails to sort and I’ve asked for a refund and they have refused Would never recommend in a million years - nothing they have done is satisfactory!

Dropped my watch into the team (Karl) and lovely kind service. Karl talked me through what the issue was and how long to service (one week). And exactly one week later it was ready, beautifully serviced and ready to use.

I arrived just as Charlie was about to shut up shop and yet nothing was too much trouble for him, he was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I couldn’t recommend Charlie more, he’s a credit to the company.

First time user of LWR, and quick assessment and plan to repair and restore my Omega Seamaster 30. Had to be sent to Switzerland and LWR estimated a 7-8 months turnaround. The estimate was a couple of weeks out, but given the length of time was pretty accurate. Results were excellent and communication was good. I would recommend.
