Avoid Luxury Watch Repairs! Almost 9 months and they still have my watch
I have used this company twice before but after my current experience I will not be using them ever again and would caution others before sending your watch to Luxury Watch Repairs. I posted my watch (Omega Seamaster) in early Jan 2024 and on 22nd Jan 2024 received an email to say that all parts had been ordered in order to complete a routine service. We are now 22 weeks and having chased again I have been told that the parts are still not there so I can expect another 4-6weeks. At no point during the past 5 months have the company contacted me proactively to update me on the delay which has meant that I have had to chase them via email which in some cases has taken three days to reply. This is far from good customer service and has led me to be very sceptical about their ability to complete the works in line with their service commitments. UPDATE as this company still hasn’t repaired and returned my Omega watch. Despite multiple phone calls and emails I still haven’t had a response as to when my watch will be returned. This is despite them having this watch for almost 9 months now.

If there was a zero I would have put that. My husbands watch has been with this conpany since early february. I receive updates to say we have now received parts and since the begining of april all i get is 7-10 days no phone call standard template email servce to the point where i am consi dering reproting to the police as theft. It would have been cheaper and quicker for me to travel to venice with tthe Ubaot watch stay and have it repaired there. Absolutley avoid this company customer service is actually appaling for a luxary servce that doesnt ecist and has cost me 700 for nothong as yet to be informed on trustpilot you havent had my watch i have provide my mobile number as requested the watch was recieved by yourselves on 29/01/2024 with the receipts of my payment of 700.00 receieved on tge 5/02/2024

Very efficient service. Sent Tag watch by post in secure package for battery replacement . I was always updated with progress so never felt my watch was lost in the system. Highly recommend.
