Very helpful service and staff - I have sent my watch in for a service, and then for a repair. The postage system is really easy, the process once it arrives is very transparent and is updated as it goes through each stage. The repair work I had done is absolutely phenomenal - I had damaged my watch on a ragged stone wall with some pretty deep scratches and it now looks fantastic again. The only thing I think could be improved is that it took longer than I was initially told. The length of time was not an issue in itself, but I had got my hopes up that it would be done quicker.
