7 months and counting!!!!

These guys are a total joke. I sent them my Omega Seamaster October 2023 and was quotes 15-20 weeks (fair as there are multiple complications). Communication is zero from them. I have called and emailed multiple times, including direct to their Founder, Oliver Pollock. They simply don't seem to care I have since contacted omega directly and send further emails to the management and service teams at LWR but, I don't hold out much hope. 7 months and counting!!!!

I’d definitely recommend

I’d definitely recommend. The glass face of my Rado fell off so took it in and they had it fixed up right away. Charlie was very helpful and knew his stuff about Rados. He had it cleaned up nicely too - shiny and spotless!

Watch came back from repair as new well done, if the repair period was a little less than the 18 weeks you’d be the preferred repairer to everyone, fortunately this watch wasn’t being used so I could wait, thanks again for the quality of work

They have had my Omega DeVille watch…

They have had my Omega DeVille watch and £627.60 from me since September 2023. The estimated completion was 18-20 weeks so 2nd-16th February. Nearly three months later and I'm still waiting. Emails are ignored so I have phoned several times and that usually gets the response that the watch will be ready in a week or so. However on the last call I was told they were waiting for parts. Amazing.

Brilliant!

Needed battery replacements for 2 watches. Went in on the off chance and was so happy I did. The gentleman I spoke to was friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. The cost of the battery replacements was very reasonable and done quickly. In addition to the battery replacements, a link was taken off one of the straps so it fitted me better, and a slight scratch on the other watch face was buffed out - Making me feel like he really cared about making my watches work and look their best.

Whole experience with Luxury Watches was excellent. Quality packaging was provided for transportation of watch. After assessment I was provided with a quote and a very comprehensive and detailed description of work to be carried out. Consenting for intensive work to proceed and some months later, I was happy to have my watch returned. Overall I am extremely pleased with my watch's new lease of life.
