Definitely worth the wait, first rate service
Whilst the timescale for service is quite long at 15 to 18 weeks I was kept informed of progress and my watch was returned within the promised timeframe in perfect condition. The valuation service is also excellent. We will be using Luxury Watch Repairs exclusively going forward.

First time have used this company and the service Is first class , I was worried about sending my watch Away but need not have worried . Had a phone call to see if all was ok , shame there Is not many companies who share this quality of service .
LWR provides excellent service
For many years I have taken my watch to Luxury Watch Repairs to have the battery replace. What is so wonderful is that the work is always done within about an hour and the watch has always subsequently worked brilliantly well. The service by the company is exemplary.

We had a wonderful experience getting 2 Rolex watches repaired that in USA they could not successfully fix . Now we can enjoy wearing our watches that were left for years in a drawer highly recommend your repair service and the warranty is very good . We will be back for future repairs on other watches we have .

LWR quoted me £1164 for servicing, repair and a valuation for my Omega Speedmaster. As they are Omega approved, I was happy to pay the fee in advance and wait the 15 - 20 weeks they estimated for the work. I chased for progress reports at 15 and 20 weeks and was initially told the work was going to schedule, then later, that they awaited spare parts. Thereafter, I was basically ignored whenever I asked for an update on progress during the following 10 weeks, and in frustration, I turned to Omega themselves. Omega could not have been more helpful and contacted LWR on my behalf, which produced a response to me within 5 minutes! I now have my watch back and although it is gaining time (60 seconds per day) I will not be taking advantage of the 3-year warranty LWR have provided as they had it long enough to get things right. I will go elsewhere in future.
