Worth the wait!
Worth the wait! Had watch from September , received back end of February . I feel if they stayed in touch with the customer it would alleviate all worry’s. It was a long wait for service but so far a good job done. Thank you
Luxury Watch Repairs are terrible
I sent my watch for servicing at the end of July. I received emails for 3-4 moths “updating” me. No estimate of completion date. After November nothing! I called and was told they were awaiting parts. January still nothing so called again. It will be sent in 3 weeks. 4 weeks later nothing! Another call a promise it would be posted on the following Monday. 2 weeks later still nothing! More emails as their phone number was unanswered. I threatened legal action and was assured it would be sent. At long last my watch arrived 27th February, no explanation for the length of wait. I could’ve walked to Switzerland and back for any required parts!! £563 for a service that hopefully is worth it. Never use this company again!! Terrible customer service local jewellers are better and quicker even allowing for posting times. Avoid avoid and avoid again!!
Disappointing service
I am disappointed with my experience of using this company. I sent my watch off for a new battery in November. I was recommended a service which I surly agreed to. During the service they claimed I needed extra parts! Somewhat over a barrel I agreed. Eventually the watch was returned in late February and even then the numbers on the watch bevel had been steam cleaned out and not re blacked. I was rung by the company and requested a dial back. I had an email off the MD to which I replied however nobody got back in touch with me. To save a few pounds it was never worth it and in future I will use the main dealer repair as I always have in the past.

Amazing service! Having never sent my watch off before, I was a little nervous doing so…. but what a fantastic service! They keep you informed every step of the way and your watch is on the way back to you in no time at all! Highly recommend!

Great service, from requesting the postage pack to receiving my watch back was one week (battery change). I was kept updated with progress which gave me confidence in the service being provided.

Excellent all round customer service
The whole process was quick, seamless and excellent customer service. I received the envelope very quickly, returned it with the watch and within a couple of days received the watch back again working perfectly. Huge amount of communication in the meantime knowing my watch had arrived safely and was in good hands. A follow up telephone call to confirm receipt of my watch as well.
