They advertised a 20% off discount code…

They advertised a 20% off discount code if I signed up to texts and e-mails, which I did as I was planning to buy quite a few things. Then when I'd gone through it all, at checkout it said the code wasn't valid for those items I'd chosen. It's false advertising. I went to flawless body instead and the prices were better even without the mythical discount.

Do not buy from here! I made an order online with significant value, and I did not receive the products nor receive a refund. It’s been over a month! After continuously chasing for an update, I still have not received any of my products or my money back. Avoid buying from Face the Future.

Lost Parcel from FF

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Face The Future. My recent experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite clear instructions to deliver my parcel to my apartment, the courier simply dropped it at the front door of the building without even trying to contact me on the provided phone number. I reached out to Face The Future to reschedule the delivery (order #FTF918087) because, due to some last-minute arrangements, I had to go to the office that day. I wanted to ensure it would be delivered the next day, but they failed to take any action. Instead, they advised me to get in touch with Royal Mail. Given that I paid Face The Future for the delivery, I expect them to manage all matters related to my order, not their vendor. Apart from that, here is what their vendor page says when an item can’t be located and the address is correct: 'If you’re the recipient please contact the sender. They will contact us to make enquiries on your behalf'. As a result, my parcel is now lost. This lack of responsibility and poor customer service is unacceptable. I expected better from a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. I will not be ordering from them again.

Avoid like the plague!!!

Avoid like the plague!!! The website offers great prices, tells you the items are in stock, takes your order and money then sends a email a day later to say your order is on hold as no stock??? - surely if you have no stock your system should not let you add out of stock items to your basket to purchase - flaw in your system and your customer service is dreadful too - wont be using you again

Misleading, AVOID

They make you sign up on the promise of a 20% discount and once you are in the code will not work. I emailed them and 6 days later they messsged that some products ade not included on the discount, I tried over 25 products feom different brands...NOTHING. Is not about the 20%, is the lying and the waste of time. They are not upfront, avoid

There’s not enough stars to reflect this AMAZING, compassionate and caring business!!

This company sets the bar! If only companies and organisations had a heart the way this company does. Overwhelmed with just how wonderful and kind this company is. Thank you so much for the box of treats I received, completely out of the blue, following on from a comment made about me having a hard time. The act of kindness completely overwhelmed me when I received the box from you guys out of the blue. Initially I opened it thinking ‘what have I ordered now’ to soon discover, out of the sheer goodness of the company’s heart, I’d received a box of treats for free! In an economy where it’s all about profits and customers are put below profit, this was a really wonderful touch. It’s refreshing to see a company that cares about their customers! I’m eternally grateful & I will be a forever customer! Thank you for the treats, thank you for being so generous with the treats I received and showing compassion when you didn’t need to at all. You guys put a smile on my face and reduced me to tears. Also thank you for all the great items I’ve purchased from you to date, always packed great, received in speedy timing and I’ve never had any issues with you the time I’ve been a customer! Don’t use this company they don’t give…

Don’t use this company they don’t give any customer service! They sent me a form and insisted I send a photo of my skin for something that affected my skin 2 weeks ago!! The photo from a camera phone is too big and therefore I can’t send the form!!! So they won’t accept my complaint!!! They are selling medik8 products and they are terrible but there is not one bad review on their site. Don’t use them they are not genuine.

I purchased creams

I purchased creams (Medik8) upon using them they burned my face. As, I never used them straight away when they arrived and started using them couple of weeks after they said why I didn’t inform them before. Soon as I use them, I sent them the pictures that something is not right within 28 days of purchase. They blamed me that I had something to do with it. I was left with marks on my face, without creams and refund. Worst customer service I ever dealt with, the reaction cannot be of me using new product as I used these creams before by purchasing elsewhere with no reaction. They sold me faulty products and refused to take them back stating I must have tempered with them. No you did not try to help me, you did say I have tempered with it, it was used after two weeks of purchase, I explained to you it was assumed some products don’t have a seal, and soon as I used it I emailed you straight away, it was within 28 days of purchase, because it was opened you did not want to take it back not caring if it is faulty. It looks like I am not the only customer who had problem with your product.
