Good Customer Service
Good Customer Service, but like most utilities they are ruthless. They hiked up the price and now that you are a fixed term customer they will not hand on the savings, not to mention 731KWH Units has cost me over 300EUR. Mad prices for something that would set you back 160-170EUR back two years ago. Seriously feel like I am held to ransom.
I had a constant issue
I had a constant issue, trying to get a paper bill. The wait time was 56min when I had to hang up. 40 m the next time and 37 min also. They put my bill from 54euro to 113 unacceptable, they never discussed with me it was going to go up that much. I asked the first rep to refund the over payment. He said that will be done. When it was sorted they had to listen to the tapes, which is the right thing to do. I also had Maebh my friend here while this conversation. The customer representative, was very nice and efficent and was trying to do his very best for me, I would not like anything to happen to him, as I worked in a call centre and worked my way up, he has the potential to be one of your best. I had a chat today with Gemma because I was charged 10e for failed direct debit, which was made by mistake by your company. Gemma was amazing, full of compassion and turned around the whole feeling of being betrayed. Gemma resolved my issue swiftly and professionally!
