The best customer service I have dealt with in years. Needed to set up an online account for billing after switching to them for commercial electricity. Hi switched to these guys last August got a solar system put in by another company rang flogas about it .NC6 done esbnetworks processed and activated my solar registration flogss kept saying its not esbn commucating with flogas also no joy I've now switched to another supplier who has no problem with the fact I've solar up and running and actually has better rates than flogas happy to pay buy out penalty too .actually said to me they don't get anything out of it if a customer has solars installed I said regardless its law your supposed to provide service regardless my experience I'd say avoid this company .john
