Terrible customer service

Having a terrible experience with their customer service which driving me crazy. I’ve signed up with Flogas as their new customer, and been more than a month I’ve never received an update from. A direct debit mandate letter was sent to my address but that’s it. So I sent an email asking for an update to found out that they didn’t have my application after a month which is a joke. They ask for my phone number so we can discuss this through phone they said. Gave them my phone number and never received a call back until today, not even replying my email back. What a joke.

I have just recently signed up with Flogas Dual Bundle but I wasn't able to access the portal. On contacting Flogas I dealt with a most courteous and helpful person called Shane. He guided me through the online portal effortlessly and without any hassle. Full marks to Shane!

Amazing Representative Agent I’ll highly recommend

The Agent that looked after me was extremely helpful and went over and beyond to find my account details as I’m in the hospital and have no access to any information and was able to explain my bills to me. The only bad side is waiting for 40mins to get through to someone. I’ll never ever call this company again for this and might have to change soon as I found the cost a bit expensive too.

Not to be trusted. 2nd time bad experience.

As my contract was due to expire, Flogas sent me an email offer of a new fixed rate 12 month contract (Day rate 32.16c, Night rate 16.98c). I clicked on the button in the email to accept this offer. Later that day, I was sent a Confirmation email thanking me for signing up and giving me a box in the email with entirely different rates to the first email (Day rate 34.43c, Peak rate 40.73c, Night rate 26.84c). I emailed the residential sales team (who sent the emails) 3 times with no reply. Finally I rang them on Mon 13th May but the agent, Ellie, who I spoke to was not even able to read the rates from the email her team had sent me(!). So she asked me to screenshot them and sent them on to be investigated. It's now Friday 17th (the 14th day of my cooling off period I believe!) and I've still heard nothing back from them. This is not the first time I've had issues with Flogas. Two years ago, they overcharged me by €478 (which I did eventually get back) but it's the wasted time and frustration in dealing with, what seems to me to be a friendly, but ultimately inefficient company, which is the worst.
