Great customer service
I ordered on a Friday evening and wasn’t until the following night that I realised I had made an error with the personalisation, I emailed but didn’t have much hope as online it says it has to be amended within 30 mins. Quickly got a lovely understanding email back from Melojean to say they had made the amendment for me. Have also ordered from here before and stuff is always high quality.

After contacting customer service about a faulty latch on my grandsons scooter purchased 18th months ago, I was asked to email over my concern with a photo of the fault attached, which I did that day. I was pleasantly surprised to get a response the following day from Aleksandra, a member of the management team. From start to finish Aleksandra was very professional & extremely helpful. I was offered a replacement scooter for my grandson, no questions asked. This was then sent out the same day using their express delivery service. An absolutely first class customer service experience from Alexsandra at ‘My 1st Years’

My goods arrived damaged with only 4 days to go til my grandson's birthday. My first contact was with Shannon from the management team - the rest was a breeze. The replacement arrived this morning - his birthday is tomorrow. Excellent service.
Arrived all squished.
Seems my 1st years, aren't listening to customers judging by other reviews. Giftbox came all damaged. Contacted customer services and they "don't have the facilities to refund delivery costs" offered a store credit (I do not have kids - bought a one off gift) Box creased up to pieces so now having to gift without the box. Companies are happy to take your money but not giving it back when deserved. Free box or not, it's part of a service that is offered.
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service from Ewelina. The product I had ordered was delivered by Evri to my local post office and I was not made aware that it had arrived. Once I he’d finally managed to track the parcel it was on its way back to My 1st years. Luckily Ewelina came to the rescue and had a replacement shipped out within 24 hours. Very pleased with the lovely dressing gown.

I would most certainly use My 1st years again. I had a bit of a problem with an order. I sent an email and Geraldine got straight back in touch with me, and in a couple of days she had it all sorted.
Awful delivery
A warning. This company used Evri for delivery. Look up their reviews which are worse than awful. Can't comment on the product as it's still not delivered. I'm hoping the problem is sorted urgently as we have no faith whatsoever in Evri. The delivery address is a business with a fully serviced reception and we know for fact none of the deliveries existed
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
My daughter ordered a three piece personalised set to exactly match the one bought for her baby sister. I think it worked out about £60. They sent the new set in a totally different colour (because they had changed the colour without informing her) not the colour ordered. There were numerous communications with them and a resolute refusal to refund because it was personalised - even though they got the order wrong. They finally agreed provided my daughter returned the items (she didn’t want them they were a totally different colour to what she ordered) and paid for return the postage 🤷🏼♀️. It was returned via inpost lockers but they said nothing was returned! I took photos of the parcel before it was sent and of it in the lockers but somehow a different parcel was delivered. They accused my daughter of fraud (virtually calling her a thief😡😡😡) and reclaimed the money from her bank without providing any proof it was her fault. She has a new born baby and DOES NOT need any extra stress in her life. I think the company is an absolute disgrace to treat a new mummy in that manner. You should be ashamed of yourself if this is a decent way to treat your customers. My daughter has ended up with no product and no refund!!! *** EDIT I have since read your reply and I would like you to send photos of the box and it’s label so we can confirm it is as I sent. We only have your word that it was empty!!

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and a lovely human called Geraldine sorted it for me straight away x
