Melojean was incredibly helpful after we forgot to add a gift message to the order, I emailed and within 24hrs they replied and had manually added it. Great service.

Great Customer Service

Bought a personalised dressing gown for a work colleagues baby. Item arrived today, the dressing gown is great really pleased with it and it arrived really quickly. The gift box however was damaged I emailed My 1st Years and was contacted almost immediately with a new gift box being sent out on express delivery. The customer service assistant who contacted me, Melojean was a fantastic help and I can highly recommend the company.

Bad Day for Customer Service

EDIT: Having contacted the company again, the issue has been resolved to my total satisfaction. I must be dealing with “customer service” on a bad day. I have today received a beautiful blanket but it isn’t what I ordered. I contacted the company and their first suggestion was that a take it to my local parcel shop and on proof that I’ve returned it, they will send me the correct item. Call me old fashioned but I think expecting me to travel to my local parcel shop in my time and using my petrol is unreasonable. I have been back to them and now the parcel is being collected and once it is collected they will send me my item. Why I’m wondering can’t my correct item be despatch immediately when I’m not the one in the wrong? Surely that would constitute true customer service. Anyhow I will persevere with my item as the blanket I did receive is lovely quality.

Really disappointed with the customer…

Really disappointed with the customer care I've recently received following purchasing our second personalised bag from the company. What arrived was thin and extremely poor quality, when I shared this with the customer care team I was disappointed where they totally ignored my feedback and instead focused on anything but the matter raise. Really disappointed overall as my first purchase was lovely and was really pleased hence my second purchase of the next size up
