Wooden Woodland Animal Musix Box I like the product very much, however, the picture on the website shows the name of Willow in large letters and a colour that matches the music box, the name I submitted is 1 letter less, yet it is very small and in black type. I feel the personalisation has been mis represented and therefore, am very disappointed. It should be pointed out on the website that the name will be nothing like the picture showed.

Absolutely love my first years
Absolutely love my first years, I use them alit for my little boy and for gifts for my friends babies. The quality of the products are amazing and perfect for our precious little ones. I have never had a bad experience yet! I had a missing parcel from the courier and the customer service was just perfect, Aleksandra went above and beyond to find my parcel and did so efficiently and rearranged delivery the next day. I could thank her enough and I am very pleased with the service. Thank you.
Damaged product
Received my items for my daughter's first birthday. They were all loved but one product was chipped in two places. I emailed a photo and had contact with Dorota throughout. They were very quick at responding and sorted my issue straight away. They were very apologetic and has ordered me a replacement with next day delivery. Excellent customer service, thank you. Will shop here again as the items are lovely and they care about their customers.

Fantastic customer service
I ordered a personalised ‘Trixie’ bottle which came and was lovely - great quality and liked how the personalisation was engraved on rather than something that would come off. Unfortunately, the seal of the bottle seemed to fall off and it made the bottle leak when drank from without it, so I contacted My First Years to see about getting a replacement lid. I messaged their live chat out of hours but they came straight back to me the next day via email and very quickly offered to replace the whole bottle. They then sent this out next day delivery so it was with us within a day or so. Fantastic service and a lot of businesses could learn from this.
Slow Customer Services
Have ordered lots of gifts from this company, usually very impressed with the service and quality of items however on this occasion , item was imperfect. Customer services have dealt with it , but it’s been slow. I’m over 2 weeks later now and the replacement item has only just been dispatched. Lots of apologies, but I think given the circumstances a voucher or discount code for future use as a goodwill gesture may have been appropriate. This was a gift for my niece and goddaughter’s 1st Birthday, which has now long passed. Very annoying, also slightly embarrassing. All they can say is ‘sorry’ which isn’t much use to me now.

I ordered a couple of personalised teddy’s as gifts, one unfortunately arrived with a slight imperfection and I sent an email, had a response within 24 hours and Ewelina was so quick at helping me, arranging a return and then as soon as I had shipped it a new one was on the way! Can not fault the service at all and very grateful for the quick responses. Love this brand and I use them frequently and will continue to do so.
