Very poor service
Very poor service! I have ordered a personalised denim jacket with my grandsons name on it which arrived very uneven making it look cheap and poorly made. According to the company it was ‘intentional’.. how can it be intentional to have one of the letters sit a few millimetres lower than the rest.. Unfortunately as a result the final product does not look aesthetically pleasing to the eye due to it being uneven. I recommend ordering from Etsy Instead who also do name embroidery cheaper and the final product definitely looks better quality and aesthetically pleasing!
After Care Service
We ordered a personalised bunny comforter for our daughter. Unfortunately after a week the tail fell off. The after care service which Aleksandra provided was second to non. She was very prompt in her responses, after photo evidence of the missing tail was provided, My 1st Years agreed to replace it. This matter will be resolved in a couple of days with a new bunny sent out. I will definitely be using this company again based on my experience above. Thanks, Aleksandra for your help.

I am so upset - awful service.
I am so upset. I entered my address correctly upon check out and for some reason the address my parcel went to had a different postcode. I have proof it's not my front door and not my road name, yet I'm being asked to phone the police to report theft and get a crime number - I wouldn't want to waste police time over a misprinted label and missing parcel. How ridiculous. Why isn't it obvious and why am I being made to feel like I've done something wrong! All I wanted was the item I ordered and now I don't have that or the £80 I spent on buying it. Totally gutted with the customer service.

I recently purchased the scrapbook. As always the product is amazing. I had misunderstood the personalisation, and got it wrong! Customer service were absolutely amazing and sorted it out promptly, efficiently and no quibble at all and even arranged express delivery for my new scrapbook!!! Awesome. Many many thanks and I will certainly be buying again from MY 1st YEARS very soon.

A popper burst on my daughters personalised bag and Dorota provided the most amazing customer service to get the bag replaced and a solution found. The service was quick and all emails were extremely professional and customer centred. Amazing customer service from Aleksandra! I ordered a personalised blanket and accidentally wrote the wrong postcode. I emailed the team and they got back to me very fast.
