Great customer service from Aleksandra. My order was running late and I needed it for a particular day so I contacted customer service. Aleksandra was prompt with all replies and made sure my order reached me by the following day. Really appreciated the assistance and avoided so much stress.

Excellent aftercare and customer service

My experience with customer service manager Aleksandra was wonderful. Part of my order arrived faulty and I had some initial problems getting things sorted, but Aleksandra really went above and beyond to make sure my experience was positive and everything was fixed. I would really recommend this company and reaching out if you have any problems, as they do really want you to have a good experience. Thanks again.

Extremely Poor Customer Service

Extremely Poor Customer Service I had been a loyal customer of 1st Years but they changed their customer service team and took away the ability to telephone anyone. I made three large orders in quick succession and used the June promotion code with 2 but inadvertently placed the order before putting the discount code in for the third order. All of the parcels I paid extra for a quick delivery as I needed to give them as presents for an occasion at the weekend. I e mailed the service line as soon as I placed the orders to say I forgot to add the discount. Their belated response was in effect “ Too bad , too late “. I then e mailed again when one order arrived with no personalisation on the items. They were so slow to respond and asked me twice for more photos and now, having received 8 photos showing no names on the back or front , they still have not clarified what they are going to do. I was unable to give the gift at the weekend and feel this is such a poor way to treat customers, let alone someone was has been very loyal.

Poor quality items and poor customer service

I ordered 4 personalised backpacks. There were threads coming off 3 of the bags from multiple sites. The text on one of the bags read “Lainab” instead of “Zainab” These items were bought to be given as presents. The bag with wrong name is completely useless to me as I can’t gift it due to wrong name. I contacted customer service to ask for a refund for the damaged items as well as the wrongly named bag. They refused for any refund instead offered me a small credit for my next purchase. Why would I purchase again from them when in the first place they have sent me such bad quality items. Very disappointed, such a waste of money.

Efficient, promot reply and sorting out request in a short space of time

I ordered 2 personalised backpacks for next day delivery and it was indeed on time! When placing the order, I was able to write a free gift message for 1 of the backpacks but it wasn't allowing me to do it for the other. After placing the order I emailed them that I wanted a gift message for the other bag. To which Aleksandra promptly replied giving me assurance that it would be done. She was very helpful. I was impressed at how quickly and efficiently they handled everything and kept me in the loop especially on the delivery status, as I had needed it at short notice. Thank you to MY1stYears, I am a returning customer and will definitely be using them again for their quality products and top notch customer service 👌 Thank you very much. From me, Saba.

Customer service fantastic

Customer service fantastic. I contacted them via email as I needed to amend the spelling of my daughters name. Dorota kindly replied and sorted this for me within a few hours. It was also out of office hours. Can't wait to see the backpack now when it arrives 😍

Gorgeous products but poor service and delivery

First of all the products are beautifully embroidered and are good value for money, however, my item did not arrive on time, after reaching out to the customer support team I was disappointed with the response. I would have expected some kind of compensation for the inconvenience such as the delivery cost reimbursed or a discount code for the site but rather bluntly they refused to give anything as an apology. I think this is bad practice for an ecommerce site and would be hesitant to recommend despite how nice the products are.

Delivery time is mad

I truly love that company. The amount of time I recommend is incredible. Until I ordered again a gift for my friend daughter's birthday and after 5 days the gift was not even dispatched!!!! I wrote I email but nothing happene, they just apologised. I end up buying another gift from somewhere else. Poor little one won't have her lovely gift on time unfortunately. Sad.
