Item arrived today and requested it to be personalised. Wanted to gift it tomorrow. The personalised vinyl has not been applied properly with any care or attention. Is bubbling and disjointed when the words join up - someone clearly isn't trained on using the vinyl machine correctly. Furthermore, the basket handle paint is done extremely poorly as is faded / blotchy. Extremely disappointed for an item I paid £35.00 for. Emailed them and they replied back with a ten pound credit voucher - what a joke! Returning for a full refund. Don't send items in poor condition!

First class service- amazing company

Aleksandra went over and beyond to address an error I made with a delivery postcode - ordered a gift for a friend’s newborn baby. The matter was dealt with swiftly and professionally - Aleksandra raised a new order with next day delivery at no extra cost. Package was delivered to the correct address and the personalised gifts were beautifully presented. Will be ordering again!

My daughter purchased a lovely mini…

My daughter purchased a lovely mini back pack which she had personalised . Unfortunately she didn’t realise the spelling of the child’s name was with an Ie not Y . I just telephoned now and explained It was her error but all I wanted was a piece of material with the embroidered the correct spelling which I would have then sewn over the existing . They do the sewing in house I think this lack of flexibility is poor and disappointing ! Now going to get someone else to do it but obviously the thread won’t be the same .

This company went above and beyond

This company went above and beyond to help resolve a delivery issue. Aleksandra organised a repeat order to be sent Next Day Delivery to ensure that a missing order (that Evri had been bouncing around for 10 days) was delivered in time for a granddaughter's birthday. Fantastic service, it turned up in time to be wrapped and delivered on the day.
