ONE CONE! I have been CONED by this company! Initially I was with EE - Business Contract- only couple of phone lines. They moved me to VODAFONE with additional "free WI FI dongles" Paying for everything like it is Gold/Platinum Plated! From paying £250 per month with EE for whole business contract I am paying now £750 a month ! I have been told about Rebate - that now stopped! They have off set few bills at the start Absolute SCAMMERS! Stay AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ! DONT USE Their Services ! Absolute CONE!

Stuck in a 3 year contact on a network I can't get service on, at £200 per month. Sold services I didn't need as free add-ons, and trusted this company, as I was signing up as the wife of one of their employees. I flagged the issue as soon as the first bill came in, but over two years later I am still paying for this costly mistake. They simply will not accept that what was sold as two £40 per month contracts should not be costing me 5 times that. If they treat friends and family of employees this way I shudder to think how they treat their other business customers. After agreeing to two £30 a month +VAT contracts with extras which were sold as free over the phone, I attempted to challenge my first bill when it arrived. Sadly my live chat experience was lengthy and unproductive; the agent couldn't see why I was either surprised or displeased to receive such a huge bill. Attempts to get help since have been similar - polite but nobody will explain how this could have happened or offered either an explanation or any recourse. The entire experience is nothing but infuriating.

Do not use for a mobile phone contract. They lure you into a telephone contract and promise you a credit to offset the monthly bill. This happens but for far fewer months than the length of the contract. When you query it the only way out is to pay a huge fee to get out of the contract or renew your contract with further credits promised. We did this - stupidly - the credits do start immediately but the new contract only starts when the original contract was due to. Ie. Adds time on. So we are now faced with 16 months of no credits. Have asked for a copy of the telephone recording but not forthcoming yet. They say the number of credits was clear on the phone call. It was not.

Absolutely getting scammed by these people. My 3 year contract. At first i was paying 48 per month that was for the first two years and then it was to double. Which was fair enough. I was happy with that. Bit now i am paying 124 per month every month never missed a payment. But they are now sending me a bill for 600 for a house number i never wanted. Never asked for never used never needed miss sold to me. Just keep away from this company and go directly to Vodafone. Daylight scamming
