ABSOLUTELY AVOID

ABSOLUTELY AVOID we got sold one dream and they delivered a night mare.. the phone has never worked.. we are within our 14 day cooling off period and they won’t let you leave… because we’re a business!!! We went from fiber broadband to old fashioned copper dial up.. They won’t release our number to go back.. if you want my advice.. STICK WITH BT

Please don't do it!

Anyone who's thinking about joining Onecom please don't do it. I've had the worst experience with them & I'm now currently stuck in a contract with them. The connection is poor & your Internet will stop at any given moment. If you try to call they will hang up & send you a text to contact them on the same Internet that's chipped out. Imagine running around trying to find WiFi to contact them about the Internet you're paying for. I'm absolutely disgusted with their customer service & I'll never ever go back to them again after this contact ends.

I recommend everyone searching for "Onecom problems & mis-sold contracts" in Facebook, we are all experiencing the same issues! I used a lovely chap on their Aaron to help me sort my miss sold contract They sold me a Vodafone plan - gave me some "fake free item's and also promised me cashback for 18 months then after that its ridiculous fees. Its all good when you sign up, its when your 18 months in..... THE CASHBACK STOPS and stupid charges start!
