Not a particularly responsive company.

I did write a review to your company when we disconnected service. It wasn't glowing then either. Not sure why you'd care about my opinion now that I don't have service since we couldn't get you to care when we did. Non-responsive to our calls. We finally disconnected the lines due to reno work for 6 months before the end of our contract and disconnecting service completely and never once received a call from your service to see what was up. Not great monitoring. Before lines were disconnected your calling center failed to call us to check on alarms going off TWICE resulting in the fire department being dispatched. Selling agent was non-existent after he got us to sign the contract.

Victor Security is okay

Victor Security is okay. I feel you'll need to give more up grade for long time customers. Maybe some free, as a think you, such as adding to the system with a helpful fire & video monitoring system.

After the hurricane our system was …

After the hurricane our system was unable to communicate with the monitoring center for several weeks. They called every night at 11 pm to tell us this. Then they told us it was because of the cell towers being down which was not true. Finally after 3 weeks of no service they came and changed our box. This was not acceptable service.

Expeditious

Expeditious Vector's personnel was expeditious in the installation of our alarm system and most expeditious in response to alarms (smoke). Courteous staff. Would highly recommend.
