Dependable and prompt service.

We have had Vector for many years at our home and business. When the alarms do trip we get notified quickly and professionally. Always nice and polite on the phone, even when we set them off ourselves. I also like the phone app.

Unfortunately, our home was broken into before we had a security system. When I called Vector, I was very nervous given that experience. We worked with Ben Palumbo who came to meet with us very quickly to determine what we needed. He was excellent. The gentleman who installed the system was polite and patient as he taught me how to use it. We had to have one of our motion sensors repositioned and the person who came to do that was also very polite and helpful. Any time I have called to ask questions, everyone has been very polite, friendly and helpful. I would recomend them to anyone!

I'm totally satisfy with the service.

Vector had convinced me to release my other security system. I thought everything was going along just fine until I had a problem. first I had to wait for about three weeks for a tech. the afternoon before the tech is supposed to come they change the time frame of their visit. Now I have to cancel appointments to accommodate the change. That's just not good business.

Vector has done very well for us. We haven't had a true emergency yet thankfully, but their customer service has been very kind and compassionate. For all the times I've set off the alarm by mistake they were very understanding. I would recommend Vector to anybody

When there is a question or concern (and it is infrequent), Vector solves the problem. My only issue is finding out which phone number to call.
