Professional service- many things installed as needed. We have systems installed at two homes. Feel very protected with the smoke alarms, cameras, and door bell on remote app.

I have Vector Security in my home and business and it works great! Love the app on the phone that allows me to arm/disarm, control lights, lock/unlock the door, and view my cameras!

While it took a long time to register our account into the system due to an internal error with my email address, Agata Garske, the administrative assistant, worked with me and the IT department to resolve the problem. She was there for me from the beginning , answering my questions and following up to make sure everything was corrected. She did it !!!! and now I can only say Thank you Agata, you did a great job!

Our service tech, Don, was wonderful to work with and both helpful and knowledgeable! In my opinion, you can't go wrong with Vector.

I strongly suggest any other company besides this one. Myself and my moms house both had them for several years. Lots of service problems and continually having issues with truly having a working alarm. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. Cancelling "service if you can call it that" immediately.

BEWARE!!! Vector will renew your contract without your permission. They will not contact you by phone. They will not contact you by mail. They will just renew your contract well before it is set to expire. You have no way out.
