I cannot express how disappointed I am with Vector Security Company. They were relentless in pushing me into a contract from a client that did not want their services from the sale of a home purchase, promising top-notch service that I never received. The moment I tried to cancel, it became an absolute nightmare. Their customer service was unresponsive, and the process to exit the contract was like navigating a labyrinth. It's infuriating that a company would prioritize locking customers into contracts over delivering on their promises. This experience has left me feeling deceived and trapped. I urge anyone considering their services to think twice and explore more trustworthy options. Vector Security Company's business practices are nothing short of unethical.
20 Years Experience
I have been a customer of vector security for over 20 years. I pay in full every year my service contract. For the most part the system has been reliable. But, whenever there is an issue or problem it takes sometimes several weeks to get a technician who knows what they are doing to come to our home. I also have an ADT system at another location. They typically respond faster. Just be aware these vendors are quick to take your money, but very slow when you need them for repairs.

Well if I read those reviews I wouldn’t go with that company . The salesman tell you everything you want to hear, but they’re so much more, he fail to mentioned, once you put your signature on the dotted line ..you are in for a turbulence !! The system constantly having issues, salesman don’t tell you everything you need to know. Good luck trying to get someone on the phone. If you military like me getting out of a contract is nearly impossible , it’s like they want you to stay with this company .. oh the salesman don’t talk about that either! Im paying for an equipment I disconnected about a month ago, but guess what no one contacted me to ensure safety ..I’m using Vinvint as of the moment and it’s super awsome !! Honor the military I think not!!please anyone thinking of getting vector read the contract and ask questions !! Or stay the hell away.. I’m still trying to get my issues resolved .. fights goes on !!!
No protection month of May & unable to reach billing & customer service by phone or online
I've been a customer of Vector since 2005 & they've been great BUT, Since 3 G went away & I had to get a new keypad I've had nothing but problems. Everytime they do an update & "improve" things something doesn't function. On May 5 I went into the hospital. My friends came over to feed my cat. When they put their code in they were told it was wrong. they each tried & finally calld me & I gave them my code. During this 10-15 minutes no call came from Vector & no police showed up. When I returned home everything seemed okay but when I checked to see why my friends couldn't key in I discovered they had all been deleted. Vector then did another "improvement" & I lost everything. Called tech & discovered there was no communication between my keypad & vector. Had to wait a week for the tech to come out & reboot my key pad. I have been unable to contact Vector either by phone or online. Can't delete or reenter my friends codes. I've left my phone # to have them call back & I've been waiting 4 days. My next call willl be to CANCELLATION.

I HAVE BEEN CALLING ABOUT MY BILL FOR 2 DAYS AND I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD EVERYTIME.I CALLED PUT MY PHONE ON SPEAKER AND LEFT IT THERE.FINALLY I GOT A RESPONCE, PHONE CALL WAS DISONNECTED.
Dont use them if its a weekend house.
Dont use them if its a weekend house., They wont service your alarm on weekends, But when they sold me system and later i added, they had weekend service to come. So they promise you the world for a sale but then youre out of luck if there are an issues . When you get new system they are so accommodating. They give you a personal sales rep who calls you back with but once its installed, forget about getting any call backs.,

I usually read reviews but a friend referred vector (what a mistake). It’s holiday season and I am stuck without alarm. Service has no sense of urgency. Devon from tech support was very rude and wants callers to be alarm technicians when you call. Made mistake switching from Brinks

Customer service is great they are really nice and helpful.But I been having numerous problems with my system still my notifications is not working on my phone for the cameras..he's been here several times and still can't figure it out..Thinking of canceling if not fixed...why pay for something that doae not work right...sorry
