No good

When I called and ask for help to put my carmers on the computer I couldn't get anybody to help me.I would not recommend them.They told me that they would send out a text and it would cost me 100.00 a hour I think it's over charged

Vector Security System

We have nothing but positive experiences with Vector. Although our issues have been minimal, everything was addressed quickly and efficiently. Tod Crowe was our sales representative. This is the second security system we have purchased from Vector. I did not even look at any other vendors for the second system because our first experience was so positive.

Service oriented company

Had vector installed a week ago. Chris Hurt was great he helped us get what we wanted and needed he did try to sell on services we didn't need. The installer we very professional. Took his time to explain everything. We are very happy and look forward to a long relationship. Touch ID for the iPhone is great. I have stopped carrying a house key.

Having an experienced technician who is knowledgeable and explains the problem or problems makes it easier paying for the repairs.

First time user

I am a single woman, first time home owner in the Richmond city area. I celebrated a year anniversary in my home, then two months later experienced an attempted break-in. I was very rattled and was referred to Vector security by my parents who live in Moseley (FoxCreek). My entire experience with Vector security from the point of referral has been exemplary. John Hetzer (Vector Security representative) met me at my home (on time!) and provided identification when I forgot to ask. He spent at least an hour with me examining my home and answering all of my questions. He also provided suggestions to make my home more safe for my pet--suggestions that would not benefit the company (Vector) monetarily, but rather give me peace of mind in a very hectic time. I felt incredibly at ease with John, and I'm typically skeptical of big name representatives. On the day of installation, George and Andrew (technicians) arrived on time and completed installation well within the two hour time slot. They also went above and beyond to explain the system, iPhone app, and website on my laptop. Friendly and efficient service. I can't say enough good things about my experiences with Vector Security. My parents have also been customers for several years now and have never had an issue. Thank you, Vector Security!

Feedback

I have enjoyed services with Vector. Although I am not able to confirm that I received credit for my referral, I feel this was the only area of concern for me. I still feel that Vector is the best security company out there and will still recommend them to everyone.
