Extremely Satisfied Customer

I have been a customer of Vector Security for 18 years. Their Customer Service Representatives have always been helpful and responsive to all of my needs. Service appointments were scheduled with minmal wait time and the Technicians were very knowledgeable and professional and ensured that everything was working properly before they left my home. The Monitoring Station has always been proactive in notifying me of low battery signals, etc. Vector is a quality company and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a security company.

Great service, great product

We've been using Vector Security as our home security system monitoring service for about 2 years now and couldn't be happier with the experience. Our house had a pre-existing hard-wired alarm and smoke detector system and they were able to make use of all of the built-in sensors; they just upgraded the control panel and keypads and replaced the smoke detectors. Their Alarm.com-based home automation products have been amazing and very easy to use. We can turn on and off our alarm system, monitor our security cameras, and open our garage from our cell phones. Vector has been great. They're very quick to respond when we've called them and the service has always been excellent.

I did an upgrade recently. The technician was there when he said he would, did a great job and schooled me on the changes that were made. I would recommend Vector to everyone.

New to the service, but no complaints so far!

Installation/setup was a breeze, the Vector representative was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions - made himself available if there's ever any issue. New to the service (~3 months in) but it's great so far. Thanks!

Nice security system backed up by good service

We had our system installed in May with Internet access. I had a few issues in early June with our Internet connected lights and discrepancies between status displayed vs actual. The service department was able to debug the issue with me over the phone to my satisfaction. I really appreciate their response since I was heading out of town.

Proactive monitoring with trusted hardware

I have been a Vector customer for years. No complaints here. Excellent customer service. Excellent technicians. Excellent hardware. Confident that there is always immediate response to any situation.

Good but petty charges

Overall service is good. It does what is should do but seems to be a few nickel and dime charges that I believe should be included.
