Top Notch Service
We have had Vector for three years at present. This is our second system, and it protects our new home. Prior to that, at the old address we had ADT. We feel more secure now as this system was installed as the home was being built. So every window and door is under Vector's watchful eye. Unlike ADT which covered just the doors. So when you hear the commercials, remember, you do have choices. Our's is Vector.
Excellent Service
We are extremely happy with our service from Vector Security. We now have a new upgraded system with the ability to use all activities with our smartphone. Individuals putting in the new system walked us through the system and were extremely helpful regarding providing details of the service.
Good Company
Top notch people and knowledgeable support. Online website could stand to be streamlined. Now, it has several steps to accomplish simple "Bill Pay" operation.
Misleading company
We used vector security for our home for a little over a year before we moved to a new house with a different security system. I wrote in as requested to cancel my service when we moved to a new house. Abiding by the statement in the signed contract that says "either of us can cancel in writing at least 30 days before the end of the initial term or any renewal contract." I had to follow up with them multiple times to confirm receipt of my cancellation, they told me everything would be cancelled and then I received bills requiring me to pay through March of 2017. They provided no logical explanation for why I had to pay through March 2017 other than we signed a contract. I read them section 3 of their own contract along with my contract lawyer and they never provided me an explanation other than if i don't pay it it will be sent to collections. I received no breakdown of costs, no explanation, horrible customer service and on top of it all they were rude, inconsiderate, and passive aggressive. I will never use Vector security again and i will recommend to anyone I know to use any security monitoring company other than vector security.
TD/BD Review
We are very satisfied with the service Vector Security provides. They call us when they see an alarm and assist us in solving the problem - normally a battery or accidental door opening when the alarm is set. They are very prompt in call us or our contact numbers when an alarm sounds and no one is at home. We would recommend them to any of our friends and neighbors.

The team out of the Milford,De. office are the best in the business bar none. They show up on time and if delayed, call to inform me. The business office was tops when it was operated out of Milford but since it has moved to Baltimore it needs a lot of work. The people there don't know the customers and act as if they could not care less about it. I repeat that the service team out of Milford is the best and I match them up against techs from Brinks and ADP.

System installed is outdated within 45 days!!
Withing 45 days of my home security system installation I received notification that the 2.0G system installed would be outdated. Vector said that the system would still work and I would only need to update at a later time. Very dishonest with installing a system that is no longer supported by outdated wireless systems in such a short period of time. Complained to Vector in regard to their notice of system expiration and found no acceptable/believable resolution. Need to pay my two years and get out of the contract!!
