Vector ahs been responsive and the equipment and staff have been great with no problems.

We had a recent visit from Vector

The technician was knowledgeable of what needed to be done in converting our alarm system to receive and communicate with the new format. He also checked all of our sensors and repair one that wasn't responding. He had a pleasant personality and was expert in compleating the job.

FAIR NOTHING SPECIAL

YOU ARE AVERAGE NOTHING SPECIAL YOU OFFER NOTHING MORE THEN ANY OF THE REST OF THE ALARM COMPANIES. SO ITS REALLY HARD TO RATE, ANOTHER THING IS ONCE YOU SIGN THE PAPERS THAT'S IT NEVER HEAR FROM ANYONE AGAIN. GOOD SALES PEOPLE FOLLOW UP ON CUSTOMERS, THAT'S THE PROBLEM WITH COMPANIES ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. SO I RATE YOUR COMPANY 3 STAR FOR AVERAGE.

Not satisfied

I have been a loyal customer for many years and I have not been offered any type of upgrade. I did inquire about having a camera added but my bill was going to increase over $50. I told that person that I would just wait until my contract was over in 2016 and just get another security provider.

Horrible equipment

My home was invaded and due to the motion sensor not working, I was never contacted. They said the system was armed stay and not away. I standing here with it armed away , right now and there's no siren whatsoever.

OUTSTANDING installation of a wireless security upgrade about 1-1/2 years ago. Haven't had any problems with my Vector Security system since installation.

Are you paying attention?

The security system was in my mom's name, she passed away. I made an appointment to review the system and change the account name to mine. The rep was great and knowledgeable, I like the email notification, etc., the system is fine. But the next bill came and it was in my mom's name, and this satisfaction survey came in her name. I only hope that this is an isolated incident and not reflective of a careless corporate attitude that would Impact the surveillance and security of customers' properties.

Will be Switching Companies when Contract is up

The Sales team was informative and great. We bought a house with an existing Vector system so it made sense to stick with them. We were roped into a 3-year contract with them. Free support calls for the equipment ended after he 1st year of the contract. 15 months after we began, we were told we needed to spend in upwards of $400 to replace 4 sensors and one door sensor. In pricing other vendors and their promotions, I realized I could get an entire new system for the same price. Only problem was, I was only 15 months into a 36 month contract. So we aren't even able to use the system right now because of the high number of false-alarms in the middle of the night but refused to pay $400 to upgrade sensors that went bad 3 months after our on-site equipment warranty. During the first 15 months, we had a technician out 3 times and had about 7 false alarms that we had to call about (on average one every other month in the middle of the night). Needless to say, we'll be canceling our contract with them and going with another company as soon as the 36 month contract is up.
