I sent the faulty JCB 1500w Rotary…

update: 10/10 I received a full refund. Thank you to Rukshal. I sent the faulty JCB 1500w Rotary Hammer Drill at the end of May. Reply:"Please be advised, your machine has been assessed by our workshop. As per their report, the motor is faulty on the unit and we currently do not have stock of the motors to complete the repair. Kindly note, we will be sending you a new machine to help resolve the issue". As of today, October 4th, I still haven’t received the replacement. They promised it would arrive in October, but now it’s November. I will be opening a dispute directly with Amazon, hoping they prioritize their customers. I advise anyone facing this issue to file a complaint with Amazon as well.

I’ve sent two faulty machines back was informed they were repaired due to faulty parts low and behold they’ve only sent one back please tell me where my other machine has got too requests 362579 I’ve now spent over an hour to find the brush cutter still doesn’t work Iam now going to get legal advice

I had an issue with a missing part…

I had an issue with a missing part which Peter Waurtohe promptly organised a replacement the very next morning. He was very calm and methodical on the phone and clearly explained the process for the new part to be distributed and the likelihood of arrival. It is becoming rarer for employees to show any concerns nowadays so this was a refreshing change.

I was fortunate to receive guidance from an experienced engineer Kieran Darragh who talked through the problem I was having starting our Generator . We only purchased the Generator last year and it has only done below 100 hours . It is critical to us as we have no mains electric and rely totally on a wind turbine with gen back up . The problem turned out to be the Songle connector that comes before the starter . As I had an older gen of same model which is not working I was able to take the part off there and use it . Really appreciated Kieran's polite and non condescending manner which put me at ease and ready to take advice . You have a good staff member there , thank you
